Ingredients

For the jasmine and lemon
  • 4 Twinings Jasmine Green Tea Bags
  • pared peel of 1 lemon, plus extra to garnish
  • 600ml sparkling water, chilled
  • large handful ice cubes, to serve
For the darjeeling and ginger
  • 4 Taste the Difference Darjeeling Tea Bags
  • 3cm ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 600ml cold sparkling water
  • large handful ice cubes, to serve
For the glow-up
  • 4 Twinings Superblends Glow with Strawberry, Cucumber and Green Tea Bags
  • 600ml cold sparkling water
  • large handful ice cubes, to serve
  • 6 strawberries, to garnish

Step by step

  1. For the jasmine and lemon sparkling tea, pour 600ml cold water into a large jug, then add the tea bags and strips of pared lemon zest. Cover and leave to steep in the fridge overnight. The next morning, remove the tea bags and lemon zest. To serve, add the sparkling water to the tea, then divide among six ice-filled glasses and garnish each with a twist of lemon peel.

  2. For the darjeeling and ginger sparkling tea, pour 600ml cold water into a large jug, then add the tea bags and sliced ginger. Cover and leave to steep in the fridge overnight. The next morning, remove the tea bags and ginger. To serve, add the sparkling water to the tea, then divide among six ice-filled glasses.

  3. For the glow-up sparkling tea, pour 600ml cold water into a large jug, then add the tea bags. Cover and leave to steep in the fridge overnight. The next morning, remove the tea bags. To serve, add the sparkling water to the tea and divide among six ice-filled glasses. Make a cut in the base of each strawberry and sit on the rim of each glass as a garnish.
