Ingredients
- 60ml vodka
- 60ml triple sec
- 90ml cranberry juice
- 30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
Step by step
- Place 2 Martini glasses in the freezer to chill, preferably an hour in advance. Place the vodka, triple sec (such as Cointreau), cranberry juice and freshly squeezed lime juice with a large handful of ice into a shaker. Shake until cold, then strain into chilled glasses. Garnish with a slice of lime or flamed orange zest (see tip below).
Tip
To make a traditional flamed garnish, carefully hold a lit match between the cocktail and a long strip of orange zest for about 20 seconds. Twist the peel to release the orange oils onto the drink, then drop the zest into it.
