Rosi is the new restaurant at The Beaumont hotel in London that opened in late 2025, with Lisa Goodwin-Allen as the culinary director. Housed in the glamorous Art Deco hotel at the top end of Mayfair, the vibrant room itself feels a little like the clock has been wound back a few decades, with booth seating in blush pink mohair and wide whimsical murals from British artist Luke Edward Hall. It’s a playful setting befitting of a menu that knows how to have a good time. 

Together with executive chef Brendan Fyldes and executive head chef Jozef Rogulski, here Lisa has reimagined British culinary classics with oodles of wit, warmth – and a sprinkling of a retro feeling. The brilliant snacks list includes chipolata sausages with British beer mustard and cauliflower cheese bites (served alongside truffle mayo), while mains feature corn-fed chicken Diane and steamed steak and ale suet pudding. For dessert there’s even a build-your-own sundae. Followers of Lisa’s 20-year career will know it’s a playfulness that’s right up her street, and it seems the lure of a little nostalgia went hand in hand.

MEET LISA 

Lisa Goodwin-Allen is a British chef best known for leading the kitchen at Northcote in Lancashire, where she is now chef patron. As well as her new role as culinary director at Rosi at The Beaumont hotel in London, she is a regular on TV and has been a judge on MasterChef and Great British Menu.
