Ingredients
- 1½ tsp cocoa powder
- 300g icing sugar
- 20 salted or chocolate pretzels
- 10 vanilla custard doughnuts
- black and red writing icing
Step by step
- Mix the cocoa powder to a paste with 3 tablespoons hot water then mix into the sifted icing sugar. Add about ½ tablespoon more water until you have a thick but spoonable icing.
- Break the pretzels in half and insert 2 halves into each side of the doughnuts to create the antlers.
- Spoon the icing onto the doughnuts to create the reindeer ‘cheeks’. Leave to set then add black dots for eyes and a red dot for a nose using the writing icing.
