Ingredients
- 120ml medium dry sherry
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Monin cane sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
- handful of ice cubes
Step by step
- Place all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until cold and strain into 2 coupe or martini glasses.
