Ingredients

  • 120ml medium dry sherry
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Monin cane sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • handful of ice cubes

Step by step

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until cold and strain into 2 coupe or martini glasses.
