Ingredients

  • handful of ice
  • 25ml pressed pear and elderflower fruit cordial (we used Robinsons)
  • 30ml apple juice
  • 15ml vodka
  • 150ml prosecco or Champagne, to top up
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

Step by step

  1. Half fill a chilled copa glass (or similar) with ice. Pour over the cordial, apple juice and vodka. Top up with prosecco or champagne and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
