Ingredients

  • 1 x 330ml bottle Guinness Foreign Extra Stout
  • 200ml full-fat milk
  • ½ a tin condensed milk (200g)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • a few dashes Angostura bitters

Step by step

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and briefly blitz until combined and creamy. You might need to scrape down the side of the jug to make sure all the condensed milk is incorporated. Divide a large handful of ice between 4 glasses and pour over the punch to serve.
