Cheers to this indulgent Nutella martini - a wickedly naughty treat perfect for serving up at your next party
- 500ml almond milk
- 100g Nutella
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 75g dark or milk chocolate, chopped (optional)
- 4 tbsp amaretto liqueur or hazelnut Soplica (Polish flavoured vodka)
- 4 tbsp vodka
Make the Nutella milk, cool and chill 2 hours ahead, so it's nice and cold.
Put the almond milk, Nutella and cocoa in a small pan and heat very gently, whisking constantly until the Nutella has totally melted into the milk and it’s steaming. Leave it to cool – tipping it into a jug or bowl will help speed this up.
While the milk is cooling, you can decorate the glasses if you like. Put the chocolate in a shallow bowl and melt in short blasts in the microwave, or over gently simmering water. Dip 4 martini glasses into the melted chocolate so the rims are coated, then transfer to the fridge to set.
When the milk is cool, pour it into a cocktail shaker, if you have one, or a big glass jar with a lid that seals securely. Add the amaretto and vodka with a handful of ice and give it a good shake until the outside of your shaker or jar feels cold. Strain into your chilled glasses and enjoy.
