SUSHISAMBA x Veuve Clicquot
The iconic sushi restaurant and luxury champagne house have joined forces this summer to open a pop-up terrace serving champagne sorbets, including Yuzu with Yellow Label and Strawberry with Brut Rosé. Cocktails are also on the menu, including the Solaris with flavours of rhubarb, grapefruit and orange blossom. For the non-Champagne drinkers, a Coconada shaken with homemade Brazillian lemonade will quench your thirst. The terrace is sure to make it to your social media feed thanks to an explosion of foliage and flowers in Veuve Clicquot’s signature orange.

Jimmy’s BBQ Club
Now in its eighth year, this al fresco pop-up by Jimmy Garcia celebrates fire-cooking with a six-course tasting menu. And it’s dinner with a show, as every course has at least one element cooked over each table’s Big Green Egg barbecue, including flame-grilled bone marrow, Wye valley asparagus, chalk stream trout and marinated chicken thighs. For dessert, rum cured pineapple is fire-cooked then served with pineapple biscuit crumb, vanilla gelato and a smoked caramel sauce.

The Shed
Bringing a slice of the Sussex countryside to Notting Hill, The Shed is a neighbourhood gem. Founded by The Gladwin brothers, whose ‘farm to fork’ approach follows the mantra ‘what grows together, goes together’, their seasonal menus feature carefully sourced ingredients, including wild, foraged and homegrown produce. While the cosy restaurant is a local favourite all year round, The Shed’s leafy outdoor terrace comes into its own in the warmer months, where a leisurely evening meal is hard to resist. Take advantage of their summer special: beef tartare or a half lobster, served with fries and a glass of Sussex Reserve for just £25.

Bingham Riverhouse x Silent Pool
Luxury boutique hotel Bingham Riverhouse boasts a serene Thameside restaurant complete with outdoor terrace, minutes walk from Richmond high street. This summer, they have collaborated with Silent Pool Gin to create a cocktail menu featuring everything from classics like The Bee’s Knees to a trendy Negroni Bianco. If you get hungry while enjoying your artisanal cocktails and rivers views, take your pick of delicious dishes from the restaurant’s sustainable, seasonal menu.

Zapote
East London Mexican restaurant Zapote has opened an ice-cream taco parlour with flavours focusing on some of Mexico's favourite ingredients, including a charcoal-infused taco with chamoy and mango sorbet; a waffle-pressed taco with raspberry and hibiscus ice cream; and a blue corn taco with vanilla ice cream, topped with caramelised popcorn.
