Chelsea Flower Show-inspired cocktails

by Sarah Alcock

The Chelsea Flower Show is celebrating its centenary this year, so we thought we'd make some flower-inspired cocktails to celebrate the occasion – any excuse!

160,000 people will visit the prestigious show over the next five days, picking up gardening advice and admiring impressive flower displays from around the world.

Are you going to the show? If so, why not extend your day of leisure into the evening with one of these tasty floral cocktails from Min Jiang Chinese restaurant at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington. They will be available from 20-26 May.

If you're not going to be in London, try making the cocktails at home. We made them in the kitchen this morning (yes, cocktails before midday) and they are delicious – let us know what you think in the comments box below.
