Ingredients

For the prawns
  • 2 tbsp gochujang paste (we used Sun Hee)
  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise
  • 2 x 150g packs Taste the Difference ready-to-eat jumbo king prawns
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
To serve
  • 1 head round lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1 cucumber, sliced diagonally
  • ½ x 240g pack radishes, thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 x 30g pack coriander, leaves picked
  • 1 lime, sliced into wedges

Step by step

  1. Put the gochujang, garlic, honey, soy sauce and mayonnaise in a bowl. Whisk together until smooth and add the prawns, then toss together well to coat.
  2. Arrange the prawns in a pile on a platter. Surround with a pile of lettuce leaves, the cucumber, radishes, red onion and coriander leaves. Finish everything with a sprinkle of salt and a squeeze of lime. Sprinkle the prawns with the sesame seeds, then let everyone pile the fillings into their own lettuce wraps
