Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 100ml gin
  • 50ml elderflower cordial
  • 25ml triple sec liqueur (or Cointreau)
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • ice cubes

Step by step

  1. Slice 2 thin rounds from the lemon and set aside for the garnish. Put gin, elderflower cordial, triple sec liqueur, lemon juice and a handful of ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. 
  2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until chilled, then strain into 2 coupe or martini glasses and serve garnished with the reserved lemon rounds.
