MEET THEO

Theo Randall is a Britishborn chef known for his passion for Italian food. He spent 15 years at The River Café, winning its first Michelin star, before opening his restaurant at the InterContinental Hotel in London in 2006. The hotel is celebrating its 50th anniversary this month, and diners at Theo Randall Cucina Italiana can choose from a celebratory menu throughout September.
