Ingredients

  • 100ml gin
  • 75ml pomegranate juice
  • 75ml freshly squeezed lime juice (about 3 limes), plus slices to serve
  • 30ml simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • pomegranate seeds, to garnish

Step by step

  1. Pour the gin, pomegranate juice, lime juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add a large handful of ice and shake well until cold.
  2. Divide between 2 coupe glasses and garnish with the pomegranate seeds and a slice of lime.
