Ingredients
- 100ml gin
- 75ml pomegranate juice
- 75ml freshly squeezed lime juice (about 3 limes), plus slices to serve
- 30ml simple syrup
- Ice cubes
- pomegranate seeds, to garnish
Step by step
- Pour the gin, pomegranate juice, lime juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add a large handful of ice and shake well until cold.
- Divide between 2 coupe glasses and garnish with the pomegranate seeds and a slice of lime.
