Ingredients

  • 60ml tequila
  • 120ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1½ tbsp agave syrup (or clear honey) - use agave syrup if vegan

Step by step

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and add the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave syrup (or clear honey). Shake well until chilled then strain into 2 glasses. Top up with soda water, lightly stir and garnish with a half slice of pink grapefruit.
