Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 50ml gin (preferably a London Dry)
  • 20ml Grand Marnier
  • 15ml sweet vermouth
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Strip of lemon peel, to garnish

Step by step

  1. Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all the ingredients, bar the garnish. Stir gently for 30 seconds then pour into a chilled glass. Twist the peel over the glass then use to garnish. Serve.
