Ingredients
- 1 x 500ml bottle dry cider (chilled)
- 60ml vodka
- juice of 2 limes
- 1 x 330ml can no added sugar ginger beer (chilled)
- ice
To garnish
- 1 red apple
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 4 rosemary sprigs
Step by step
- In a large jug, mix together the cider, vodka, lime juice and ginger beer. Half fill 4 glasses or copper mule mugs with ice and pour over the cider mixture. Thinly slice the red apple and add a few slices to each glass or mug, along with a cinnamon stick and rosemary sprig.
