Ginger and whisky Mojito
Serves 8 | prep 10 mins | total time
- 8 limes, sliced
- 1 x 28g pack mint, leaves only
- 1 tbsp demerara or brown sugar
- 300ml whisky (a blend rather than single malt works best here)
- 2 litres cloudy ginger beer, chilled
- Place the limes, mint leaves and sugar in a pitcher and crush lightly with a wooden spoon, rolling pin or muddler to release the flavours. Add the whisky and stir well.
- Fill with ice; top up with ginger beer.
