Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp clear honey
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 sprig rosemary, leaves chopped
  • 1 x 290g jar Taste the Difference artichokes, drained and halved, or quartered if large
  • 100g Manchego cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 9 slices serrano ham, halved and folded

Step by step

  1. Bubble the honey and lemon juice with the rosemary in a small pan for 1-2 minutes then remove from the heat, season and let infuse for 10 minutes.
  2. Take 18 small skewers and thread the artichoke pieces, manchego cubes and folded serrano ham slices onto them.
  3. Arrange on a platter and drizzle with the rosemary and lemon honey to serve.
