Ingredients

  • 1 x 500g bag frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 300ml double cream

Step by step

  1. Place the frozen strawberries, balsamic vinegar and caster sugar in a food processor or blender. Blitz until the fruit is roughly chopped, then gradually add the double cream and process until incorporated. Freeze in an airtight container for an hour or until set firm.
