Ingredients

  • 1 passion fruit, halved
  • 45ml vodka
  • 120ml ginger beer
  • 75ml pineapple juice
  • 30ml lime juice

Step by step

  1. Set 1 half of the passion fruit aside for garnish and press the pulp of the other through a sieve to extract the juice. In a jug, add the vodka, ginger beer, pineapple juice, lime juice and the passion fruit juice, and stir to combine. Pour into an ice-filled copper mug or glass, and garnish with the passion fruit half and a small mint sprig.
