Ingredients

  • 250g fresh strawberries, hulled, plus extra to serve
  • 200g frozen strawberries
  • 100g ice
  • 4 tbsp sugar syrup
  • 130ml white rum
  • 25ml lime juice (1-2 limes)

Step by step

  1. Place the fresh and frozen strawberries, ice, sugar syrup, rum and lime juice in a high-speed blender. Whiz until blended.
  2. Serve in cocktail glasses (we used 250ml coupes) and garnish each with slices of fresh strawberry.
