Ingredients
- ice
- 100ml tequila
- 50ml lime juice
- 40ml triple sec
- 1 tbsp sea salt flakes
- lime
- 330ml bottle of Corona lager
Step by step
-
Place two glass tumblers in the freezer to chill.
-
Meanwhile, put a large handful of ice, the tequila, lime juice and triple sec in a cocktail shaker and shake well until the outside of the cocktail shaker is cold to the touch.
-
Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of sea salt flakes across a small plate. Remove the glasses from the freezer, run a lime wedge around the rims and dip into the sea salt. Add a large ice cube and slices of lime to each glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared glasses, then top each up with half the bottle of lager to serve.
