Ingredients

  • 200g caster sugar
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 50ml lemon juice
  • 12 strawberries, halved
  • ice, to serve
  • 400ml chilled Earl Grey tea

Step by step

Get ahead
Chill any leftover peach syrup in a sterilised, sealed bottle for up to 1 week.
  1. Simmer the sugar with 200ml water and the peaches for 10 minutes, then cool. After cooling, discard the peaches.
  2. Combine 200ml of the cold peach syrup with the lemon juice and halved strawberries in a jug. Add ice and stir, then top up with the chilled Earl Grey tea.
