Ingredients
- 200g caster sugar
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 50ml lemon juice
- 12 strawberries, halved
- ice, to serve
- 400ml chilled Earl Grey tea

Get ahead
Chill any leftover peach syrup in a sterilised, sealed bottle for up to 1 week.
- Simmer the sugar with 200ml water and the peaches for 10 minutes, then cool. After cooling, discard the peaches.
- Combine 200ml of the cold peach syrup with the lemon juice and halved strawberries in a jug. Add ice and stir, then top up with the chilled Earl Grey tea.
