Ingredients

  • 60ml gin
  • 90ml freshly squeezed and strained blood orange juice
  • 15ml clear honey
  • chilled Champagne or prosecco

Step by step

  1. Pour the gin, blood orange juice and honey into a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and shake well until cold. Strain into two Champagne flutes or tumblers and top up with chilled Champagne or prosecco. Garnish with a blood orange slice or a twist of zest.
