Blood Orange 75
Makes 2 | prep 5 mins | total time
- 60ml gin
- 90ml freshly squeezed and strained blood orange juice
- 15ml clear honey
- chilled Champagne or prosecco
- Pour the gin, blood orange juice and honey into a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and shake well until cold. Strain into two Champagne flutes or tumblers and top up with chilled Champagne or prosecco. Garnish with a blood orange slice or a twist of zest.
