Ingredients
- 3 juicy limes
- 3 tbsp caster sugar
- crème de cassis or crème de mure
- 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled
- blackberries, to finish
Step by step
- Squeeze the limes, then mix the juice with the sugar. Divide equally between 6 glasses, followed by a dash or two of crème de cassis or crème de mure in each glass.
- Top up with Prosecco and add a blackberry or two to each glass.
