Ingredients

  • 1 x 300g punnet strawberries, hulled
  • 3-5 sprigs of basil
  • 50ml lime juice
  • 250ml apple juice
  • 2 handfuls of ice

Step by step

  1. Blend the strawberries, basil, lime juice, apple juice and ice together until the mixture has a slushy consistency. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries, lime wedges, apple slices and fresh basil.
