Ingredients

  • ½ cucumber (about 200g)
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, finely grated or crushed
  • 400g Taste the Difference authentic Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • sea salt flakes, to taste

Step by step

  1. Finely dice the cucumber, place in the centre of a clean tea towel and wring out over the sink to remove as much excess liquid as possible.
  2. Tip the cucumber into a bowl and add the garlic and yogurt. Stir to combine, then season to taste with lemon juice (if using) and sea salt. Cover and set aside in the fridge, until needed.
