Ingredients
- 4 burger buns, split
- a handful of rocket
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Step by step
- For this recipe you will need to make our smoky pancetta beef burgers. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill the burgers for 5-6 minutes each side until cooked through. Rest for 1-2 minutes before assembling the burgers.
- Lightly toast the cut sides of the burger buns. Pile some rocket and sliced avocado onto the base of each bun, add a burger; spoon on the crème fraîche and chilli sauce before adding the lid. Serve with chips, if you like.
