If you love a chilled glass of gin and tonic as much as we do then you might be interested to hear about Gin & Tonic Fever, a giant G&T tasting event hosted by posh tonic brand, Fever-Tree...and we have two tickets to giveaway plus a whole liquid goodie bag!

On Thursday 26 September guests of Gin and Tonic Fever will get to taste a huge range of different gin brands from around the world, including some of the biggest names on the market and artisan gin producers. As well as drinking copious amounts of gin, guests will also have masterclasses from drinks experts and historians and nibble on plates of yummy tapas from the Donostia Social Club.

Where: Chelsea Physic Gardens, 66 Royal Hospital Road, Chelsea, SW3 4HS. Why here? The famous botanical gardens are home to the first chinchona tree containing quinine, a key ingredient in tonic water. Quinine also has medicinal uses and is used to combat malaria.

Serves 1
Mix 35ml gin, 15ml Aperol or Campari, add a sprig of lemon thyme, a big twist of lemon rind, a slice of orange and top with chilled Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic.
