A taste of Island Life. Through its impressive seafood menu and beach bar atmosphere, The Hut in the Isle of Wight is bringing coastal cool to the UK.

The à la carte menu features an array of styles and influences, determined by what will bring the best out of each piece of fish, with Indian, Japanese and Scandinavian flavours all in the mix. Eyes will naturally be drawn to the menu’s ‘Big Fish’, where the largest catches of the day – usually sea bass, turbot, John Dory or lobster – are written up on a chalkboard, sold by weight and served as a platter certain to spark longing gazes from neighbouring tables.
