Ingredients
- 2 crumpets
- 25g lighter soft cheese
- 1 banana, sliced
- a pinch of mixed spice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 10g roughly chopped toasted hazelnuts
Step by step
- Toast the crumpets then spread them with the soft cheese. Top with the sliced banana, a dusting of the mixed spice and a drizzle of maple syrup. Scatter on the toasted nuts and eat immediately.
