Ingredients

  • 2 crumpets
  • 25g lighter soft cheese
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • a pinch of mixed spice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 10g roughly chopped toasted hazelnuts

Step by step

  1. Toast the crumpets then spread them with the soft cheese. Top with the sliced banana, a dusting of the mixed spice and a drizzle of maple syrup. Scatter on the toasted nuts and eat immediately.
