Chive crispbreads with smoked salmon and cream cheese topping
Serves 1 | prep 5 minutes | total time
- 4 Jacob's Chive Crispbreads
- 80g soft white cheese
- 1 x 120g pack mild smoked salmon
- a handful of fresh chives, snipped
- half a lemon
- Spread the crackers with the soft cheese.
- Top each cracker with folds of smoked salmon.
- Sprinkle each one with chives, a squeeze of lemon juice and a little cracked black pepper and serve.
