Chive crispbreads with avocado, semi-dried tomato and pesto topping
Serves 1 | prep 5 minutes | total time
- 1 avocado, halved, peeled and sliced
- 4 x Jacobs Chive Crispbreads
- 3 semi-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp of the oil from the semidried tomatoes
- 3 tbsp green pesto
- Divide the slices of avocado between the crackers.
- Sprinkle the tomato over the avocado.
- Stir the oil into the pesto, then spoon over the crackers and serve immediately.
