Ingredients
- 60ml gin
- 2 tbsp grenadine syrup
- 1-2 drops concentrated rosewater (we used Nielsen-Massey)
- ice cubes
- chilled Champagne or prosecco to top up - use vegan if required
- unsprayed, organic rose petals (optional), to garnish
Step by step
-
Pour the gin, grenadine syrup and rosewater into a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and shake well until cold. Strain into 2 Champagne flutes and top up with chilled Champagne or prosecco. Garnish with rose petals, if you like.
