Ingredients

  • 120ml gin
  • 60ml lemon juice
  • 30ml sugar syrup
  • soda water
  • 4 lemon slices, optional
  • 2 maraschino cherries, optional

Step by step

  1. Take 2 tall glass tumblers and divide the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup between them. Stir well, then top up with ice and soda water. Serve garnished with a slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry, if you like.
