Ingredients

  • 50g raspberries, plus extra to garnish
  • ice
  • 100ml vanilla vodka
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 75ml cranberry raspberry juice drink
  • rosé prosecco

Step by step

  1. Add 50g raspberries to a cocktail shaker and lightly muddle. Add ice, vanilla vodka, the pulp from the passion fruit and cranberry raspberry juice drink. Shake well until the cocktail shaker is frosty on the outside. 

  2. Strain into martini glasses and top up with rosé prosecco. Garnish with the hollowed-out passion fruit halves filled with raspberries and serve.
