Ingredients
- 120ml white rum
- 200ml pineapple juice
- 120ml coconut cream
- squeeze of lime juice
Step by step
- Place the rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream and a generous squeeze of lime juice in a blender with a few handfuls of crushed ice and pulse until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish each one with a wedge of fresh pineapple and a Maraschino cherry – cocktail umbrellas optional...
