Ingredients

  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • 1½ tbsp sugar syrup
  • 75ml Bourbon or whisky

Step by step

  1. In a glass tumbler, muddle the mint leaves and sugar syrup with a long-handled cocktail spoon to bruise the mint. Add the Bourbon or whisky, fill with a handful of ice cubes and stir well until very cold. Garnish with small sprigs of fresh mint.
