Ingredients
- 1 tbsp crème de cassis
- Champagne or Prosecco
- fresh or frozen blackberry, to serve
Step by step
- Ideally, place a Champagne flute in the freezer to chill for at least 30 minutes. Pour the crème de cassis into the bottom of the glass. Top up with well-chilled Champagne or Prosecco and drop in a fresh or frozen blackberry to serve.
