Ingredients

  • 2 slices of fresh fig (optional)
  • 60ml gin
  • 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Bonne Maman fig conserve
  • ice cubes
  • chilled Champagne or prosecco*, to top up

Step by step

  1. Cut a small slit in each slice of fig, if using, and slide onto the rims of two large coupe glasses (or similar).

  2. Pour the gin and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker. Add the fig jam and a large handful of ice. Shake well for 30 seconds until very cold. Strain into the glasses and top up with chilled Champagne or prosecco

  3. Tip

    *Ensure Champagne or prosecco is vegan, if required
