Ingredients
- 135ml concentrated elderflower cordial (eg Bottle Green)
- 300ml gin
- 6 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Sparkling water, to taste
Step by step
- Mix together the cordial, gin and lemon juice in a jug with plenty of ice cubes and sliced lemon. Top up with sparkling water, stir gently, and serve in tall glasses, adding extra sparkling water to taste.
