Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Amaretto
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp egg white
  • 1 tsp of Maraschino cherry syrup (from the jar of cocktail cherries)
  • a handful of ice
  • orange slice and a Maraschino cherry, to garnish

Step by step

  1. Add the Amaretto, lemon juice, egg white and Maraschino cherry syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake well to emulsify. Add a handful of ice, shake again until very cold and strain into a glass filled with more ice. Garnish with an orange slice and a Maraschino cherry.
