Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
  • 75cl bottle of Prosecco
  • 100g fresh pomegranate

Step by step

  1. Whisk 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses with 4 tbsp chilled Prosecco from a 75cl bottle and divide between 6 flutes.
  2. Spoon in some fresh pomegranate seeds from a 100g pack and top up the glasses with the rest of the Prosecco.
