- 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 75cl bottle of Prosecco
- 100g fresh pomegranate
- Whisk 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses with 4 tbsp chilled Prosecco from a 75cl bottle and divide between 6 flutes.
- Spoon in some fresh pomegranate seeds from a 100g pack and top up the glasses with the rest of the Prosecco.
