Ingredients

  • 80ml vodka
  • 90ml cloudy apple juice
  • 1 tbsp fino sherry
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1½ tsp caster sugar
  • 1⁄4 green apple, thinly sliced, to garnish

Step by step

  1. Put the vodka, apple juice, sherry, lemon juice and caster sugar in a cocktail shaker and top up with ice. Shake vigorously for a few seconds, then strain into 2 glasses. Garnish with the sliced apple threaded onto cocktail sticks.
