After her stint in the jungle on I'm A Celebrity..., Rosemary Shrager is about to embark on a new adventure. She invited us, along with a few other select journalists, to dinner at French restaurant Koffman's in Knightsbridge to share the exciting news that she's soon to open a brand-new cookery school in genteel Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

We were looked after by Pierre Koffman's team in one of the restaurant's sumptuous private rooms, while Rosemary chatted and entertained us in her usual exuberant style, sharing her plans for the cookery school, which will teach both enthusiastic home cooks and budding professionals.

We ate a decadent meal of hand-dived scallops with ink sauce, roasted pigeon, cheese and a delicious dark chocolate pudding. Thank you Koffman's, what a treat it was!
