Joe Wicks, also known as The Body Coach, tells us what he loves and what he hates...
Tinned tuna – it's the smell, it reminds me of cat food, eugh! And tinned mackerel, basically, tinned fish makes me gag.
Thai green curry, it's so simple, quick and delicious.
Rice. It's so versatile, you can have it with a curry or a stir fry or add different spices to it.
A Nando's: Half a chicken with lemon and herb, Peri-salted chips and spicy rice, followed by a frozen yogurt.
David Brent, David Attenborough and Conor McGregor – it's a random mix, but I reckon we'd laugh a lot and learn a lot.
Obviously chocolate. Is there a chocolate flavoured cheese? That would be awesome. Sainsbury's should totally make that.
A coconut... tanned, a little hairy and sweet on the inside.
I love Zuma in London – they have the most incredible dessert that oozes chocolate sauce and melts in the mouth.
To be honest, neither.
Chocolate – I don't eat it very often, but when I do, I go big. Sometimes I can smash three bars in one go!
