Garlic and rosemary roast potatoes

These tasty roasties go perfectly with any roast. Try them with our March issue cover recipe - Italian stuffed roast pork
Toss 1kg new potatoes with 2tbsp olive oil, 6 squashed garlic cloves and a sprig of rosemary in a large roasting tin. Season well with salt and pepper and mix well. Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C, fan 180°C, gas 6 for 30-40 minutes, turning once, until tender and golden.
