Take a look at this sunshine yellow passionfruit tart. It was the glamourpuss of the table at The Delaunay when we nipped in for tea.

We especially liked the writing on the top. Writing with chocolate requires a little skill but we think it transports cakes and puds immediately into the 'very special' arena.
