Tenderstem® broccoli wrapped in Parma ham
Serves 6-8 as a starter | prep 10 minutes | total time
- 1 x 200g pack Tenderstem® broccoli by Sainsbury's
- 2 x 80g packs Italian Parma ham slices
- 20g Parmesan shavings
- Steam the broccoli in a metal colander set over a large pan of boiling water for 3-4 minutes until just tender. Refresh under cold running water then pat dry with kitchen paper. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
- Tear each Parma ham slice in half lengthways and wrap one strip around each broccoli stem. Arrange the wrapped stems on 2 small serving platters and scatter over the Parmesan shavings.
